Kariba Guest House Cancellation Policy
  • Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused by them during their stay.
  • Any lost keys will be charged at £40 per set - The charge is to cover the necessary changing of locks.
  • A reservation, whether by letter, e-mail, fax or telephone, is a legally binding contract. To protect against late cancellation and guests not turning up, we are obliged to put the following policy into place.
  • On booking the accommodation a deposit, the equivalent to the cost of one nights stay, is required.
  • Cancellation of a booking must be conveyed to the proprietor at least 7 days prior to the first date on which the accommodation is to be provided.
  • If a cancellation occurs after this time, or if the customer does not turn up at all, the proprietor will be entitled to charge the price of one nights stay in the accommodation booked.
  • The proprietor is entitled to charge the customer's credit card or debit card.

  • For stays at special times - eg Xmas, New Year, Rugby Internationals, Bank Holiday Weekends - Full non-refundable payment must be made at time of booking.
