 We offer good value Bed and Breakfast accommodation ( completely non smoking ), with private parking, only 15 minutes walk from the centre of Edinburgh.
Our Victorian townhouse, situated in a residential area in the south side of Edinburgh, has been fully restored to its former glory.

A full Scottish, Continental or Vegetarian breakfast menu await you, served with a warm welcome from Agnes Holligan and family. We are pleased to arrange city and day tours in Scotland, with a pickup from the guest house. We can also arrange car hire, laundry service and theatre and restaurant bookings.
